Sweet and Simple Fruit Salad

Featuring low‑fat yogurt

Prep + Cook Time:

  • 2 cups low‑fat yogurt
  • 1½ cups seedless grapes, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 nectarines, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 peaches, rinsed and chopped
  • 2 apples, rinsed and chopped

Optional

  • 1 (1‑ounce) package sugar‑free instant pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Wash hands with soap and warm water.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt.
    • If not using pudding mix, skip to Step 3.
    • If using pudding mix, stir in 2 tablespoons of mix and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Rinse and chop the nectarines, peaches, grapes, and apples into bite‑sized pieces.
  4. Add all fruit to the bowl with the yogurt. Stir gently to coat evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled.
